Harold Velasquez is the founder and CEO of The Velasquez Group Productions. He is a former Vice President of Promise Keepers and oversaw all of their conference program, production, marketing, media and resources. In his early years, he was the leader of the popular music group, “The Latinos” and has since continued to be involved in ministry. He has several decades of experience as a minister, entrepreneur, television station manager, musician, composer, recording artist, author and speaker. He currently serves as a Board Member of the National Hispanic Leadership Conference.

Chantell Hinkle

 Chantell Hinkle is the co-founder of The Velasquez Group Productions. She is a process oriented thinker and organizational leader with a great knowledge of historical trends and how they effect the future. She has a background of “on the road” experience as a musician as well as in coordinating tour logistics.  Chantell has extensive knowledge in program development, production and design from her years at Promise Keepers as Program Director.  There, she oversaw the live and recorded worship experiences, stage design, theme development, video production as well as the speaker and artist booking process.
