It seems as if Randy Phillips has always been at the forefront of men’s ministry.  He is a visionary, a futurist, an author and speaker. Randy served as a pastor for 15 years prior to becoming founding President of Promise Keepers in 1991, an organization that, during his tenure, reached over 5 million men in a 6 year time period. He also was the visionary leader for ‘Stand in the Gap’ which gathered over 1 million men in Washington D.C. in 1997.  

As a contributing author of the best selling, 7 Promises of a Promise Keeper, he has appeared on numerous radio and TV broadcasts including ABC, CSNBC, Focus on the Family, Moody Network and CBN.

Randy left Promise Keepers to pioneer his ministry passion, Passage. Passage connects the heart of a father or father figure with a teen, helping them navigate through a multi-year journey into Christ-centered adulthood.  He has spent years studying the post-modern culture, developing curriculum that empowers fathers and father figures with effective and relevant resources. 

Randy’s message is two-fold:  First, it is to connect men with the hope and guidance to live out courageous and purposeful lives and second, it is to empower fathers and father figures with the vision and tools needed to invest in the emotional and spiritual development of young men and women.
